Parliament of Religions in Melbourne, Australia from 3 to 9 December 2009
On behalf of ancestors and spiritual traditional owners of Melbourne, I invite you to Melbourne in 2009, the Parliament of World Religions to share traditions, culture and spirit of Australia.
It is a traditional custom of indigenous Australians to give permission to people wishing to enter the country. The Wurundjeri people are known as Manna-Gum (eucalyptus) people and we invite you to share with us from a branch of rubber sheets. Taking a leaf that you're welcome to everything from the treetops to the roots of the earth from our ancestors country. It also means that you and I, we have increasingly linked symbolically and spiritually.
