It is independent of any creed, religion or dogma. It is to recognize the existence of our true Self, our essence, and learn to be guided by it. When we connect with it, it transforms our inner state which is then characterized by joy and freedom. It also transforms our bodily sensations, as it acts as an energy source and raise our vibratory state.
